Allie's fourth birthday

We have a FOUR year-old.  Whaaaat??

Allie turned four September 17th, and we had a blast!  We chose to have her party at our local YMCA because she loves the pool.  First we celebrated in the party room with gifts and cupcakes.

It was an extra special day because Allie's birth mother and cousin joined us.

Family.  Our crew.
The woman who birthed our child and so graciously gifted her to us, Allie's beautiful cousin, and our crazy four.  And we are forever grateful...

On Allie's actual birthday which was a Tuesday, we filled the day with her favorite things:  bakery donuts for breakfast, the splash pad, dance class, Panera for dinner, and the jump park.  It was a full day of fun for all of us.  And her opinion was, "BEST DAY EVER!"

My precious Allie, you were so excited to turn four, and here you are!  We pray for fresh joy for you this year, for growth and good health, and for you to be drawn more and more to the love of Jesus.  We love you to the moon and back!
