my people

A couple of weeks ago we finally got around to doing a family photo session with our friends from Gypsy Ed Photography.  It was magical.  They took us to a beautiful farm location, complete with majestic trees and ponies from a fairy tale right at sun-soaked golden hour on a perfectly mild day.

When they sent us the pictures, we looked at them almost in silence, once again overwhelmed by the beauty of the journey that brought us to this place.

My people.  It's so strange, but completely wonderful, how you can love people so much that you can't even really grasp or articulate it.
