More pics from Allie's first week.  Actually, most of these were from her first night with us.  Luke's family was leaving the following day for a fall break trip, so they wanted to be sure they saw her before they left.

I believe this was the following day.  These are some of my good friends, Roxanne and Kara, and Kara's little one, John Davis, who is also adopted.  Roxanne (in the red) is the one who dropped everything and went to Wal-Mart for us as soon as I called after we left the lawyer's office.  We consider them family.

Luke and I love to think back to those first few days... So many people came to show their love.  It was pretty much a love fest filled with pure rejoicing over our precious child and what God had done.

"...It was said among the nations, 'The Lord has done great things for them.'  The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy."
