the hunt for rain boots is over...

So for probably a couple years now I've needed a pair of rain boots.  I can't stand ruining shoes or other boots on days with downpours, puddles, and mud.  But every time I would run across a pair they were in the $30-$50 or more range, and I couldn't bring myself to spend that much.  Well last Friday in Lexington I made my usual visit to Target since we don't have one here in the sticks, and lo and behold, a fabulous clearance sale awaited me... complete with a selection of $16 rain boots!!  And since rain boots should be fun and not boring, I went with hot pink, of course.  :)

Now I'm kind of hoping it rains soon.  Or maybe I'll wear them anyway...

If you need some, too, you better hurry.  I'm sure they'll go fast!
