My name is Jessica and I blog over at Happy Girls Are the Prettiest Girls.

When Jenn asked me to guest post, I immediately started brainstorming what to write about.

Since I'm a new mom, I couldn't let you all read too far without first introducing you to my sweet Shepherd.

But, for Jenn today I wanted to share with you all my other passion, which is decorating!  My home is my happy place.  I am a homebody and want my house to reflect me, and be a comfortable space.

I'm lucky to have a husband who shares my passion and is also super talented, together we make a good team! 

We love a good deal and pride ourselves on being able to spot a bargain.  I would say one of my talents is being able to know where you can find anything for less :)  To satisfy our need to always rearrange our house, we like to "shop our home."  We will redecorate a room using what we already have.

Just ignore my front porch, March Madness last year got me a little crazy and my husband refuses to repaint our pots for a 3rd time even though we look like the color blind neighbors ;)

We don't stop with the house, our back deck gets the full treatment as well.

When you walk in you'll see my pretty pretty vintage record player.  Just don't ask about my framed pictures of Ali from The Bachelorette and her final two.  I don't mess around with my Finale parties ;)

Here we have our dining room.  Crazy color, but if you can't have fun in the dining room, where can you have fun??
