Sheesh, I'm pasty! Need some pool time!
How fun is this skirt? It was on sale at Old Navy for I think around $8 or $9. Goodness, maxi skirts are comfy. Thinking I need to work this into my fall wardrobe somehow...
LOL thanks. I think it depends on what you pair it with and keeping a balance of top vs. bottom. If you wore a long skirt with a big long flowy top, it would be "frumpy," as you say, but I think worn with something more minimal it's fine. I find that wearing a tank or short sleeved top tucked in helps elongate me a bit. You could even throw a belt on to accentuate the waist. Hope that helps :)
You are delightful. No one reading your blog says "Giiiirrrrrl, she is pastyyyyy, look look look".
ReplyDeleteI used to wear long flowy skirts all the time. I haven't in years. I think short stocky girls like me might look a bit frumpy in them.
Thoughts?????
LOL thanks.
